Lead Time

We strive for all orders to be completed in 2 weeks.  At times our lead time will increase, but we will clearly communicate when your product will be on its way to you.


Shipping

We ship via USPS First Class Mail for domestic and international shipments.  Domestic shipping time is generally 3-5 business days, and international shipping time is generally 10-15 business days.  Domestic shipments include tracking.  International shipments do not include tracking.  We are able to upgrade shipping upon request at the purchaser's expense. 


Refunds and Exchanges

Please read the product description carefully to be sure you understand the item you are purchasing and how long it may take to arrive.  We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the item prior to purchasing. 

We strive for 100% satisfaction for each of our customers.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be made with standard items within 2 weeks of delivery.  Items must be without wear and in new condition for a return or exchange to be accepted.  Please note that if we are not contacted within 2 weeks of delivery we will no longer be able to accept a return or exchange. 


Custom and Monogrammed Items

Custom and monogrammed items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
